Researches dealing with managerial mistakes and bad decision-making are very topical due to\ntheir impact on the continuance and existence of enterprises. Hence, this study focuses on this\nissue using a questionnaire survey to collect data from the third and fourth year students who\nspecialize in management and economy. The goal of this survey is to examine and evaluate the\nstudents' opinions about remarkable managerial mistakes. Many of these students have\npractical experience thanks to their work or cooperation with enterprises during their studies.\nOther specific objectives of this study are: identification of mistakes made by company\nmanagers based on the knowledge of the companies that the students cooperate with; and\ninterpretation of the occurrence and the possible causes of the mistakes identified in the\ncompanies. Professor Ko�¡turiak formulated a list of serious managerial mistakes. The list\nbecame an important starting point for the present research. This paper analyses the evolution of the wage return to tertiary education in Spain,\ndistinguishing between advanced vocational training and university education. Using\nmicrodata from the Spanish Structure of Earnings Survey, the study estimates wage equations\nwhich, in addition to considering the human capital and the personal and employment\ncharacteristics of individuals as causal factors, includes a measure of the excess labour supply\nof university graduates by region. The results show that the wage differential of the graduate\npopulation fell, in general, in the period 1995-2006, and that a relatively high supply of\ngraduates in the regional labour market negatively affects wages in such regions, and that\nthese effects increase over time....

This study aims to test the effect of work-family and family-work conflict on job\nperformance, turnover intention, and job satisfaction. It employed a sample of 334 dualroles\nwomen in four Indonesian banks and analyzed the six proposed hypotheses by using\nStructural Equation Modeling. The major findings are: [1] work-family conflict (WFC)\naffects job satisfaction negatively and significantly, [2] family-work conflict (FWC)\nencourages married and working women to have higher intention of leaving their job\nsignificantly, and [3] in the context of job performance, both conflicts have similar effects;\nhowever, only family-work conflict has a significant influence. Supportive working\nenvironment and flexible working schedule may play an important role to minimize the\nunfavorable effects of these conflicts.
